ARMI BioFabUSA is seeking a Director of Data Strategy to bridge R&D and manufacturing with a unified data platform. You will lead a diverse team of data engineers, scientists, and governance specialists to enable real-time analytics and regulatory-compliant data practices across the organization.

The role requires deep expertise in data architectures, cloud ecosystems (Azure/Snowflake/AWS), and experience in life sciences data systems, with strong leadership and communication skills for senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred
• 5-8+ years in data architecture/engineering/analytics in life sciences or biotech
• 3-5+ years of direct management leading cross-functional data teams
• Experience building enterprise data governance, architecture, and analytics capabilities
• Advanced skills in Python, R, SQL, SAS; strong communication to senior leadership

• Define and drive the technical data strategy and roadmap
• Bridge R&D and manufacturing data with scalable data platforms
• Lead data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Oversee data infrastructure, pipelines, and system integrations
• Champion AI/ML, predictive analytics, and digital twins where applicable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fit-for-purpose data solutions
