Meta seeks a seasoned Director, Data Science for the New Revenue Bets org to lead product analytics, partnering with VPs and senior leaders to shape strategy and unblock critical workstreams with rigorous data-driven insights.

You will unify analytics across Subscriptions, BizAI, and XF APAC, define measurement frameworks, model subscriber growth and pricing, and coach ICs to elevate the craft. Expect AI-enabled workflows and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
12+ years of experience in data science or a quantitative field.
Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, CS, or related quantitative discipline.
Demonstrated company-wide influence and cross-org strategy.
Ability to context-switch across growth, monetization, international expansion, AI products.
Track record of setting direction on company-critical problems.

Responsibilities

Provide senior analytical leadership across New Revenue Bets workstreams (Subscriptions, BizAI, XF APAC).
Work directly with VPs and senior leaders across the company.
Synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights for executive audiences.
Define measurement frameworks for nascent revenue products.
Drive analytics on subscriber growth, retention, and pricing strategy.
Partner on data strategy for AI-powered tools and ROI frameworks.
Lead cross-functional analytics for APAC market expansion.
