Meta in the United States seeks an experienced Director, Data Science - New Revenue Bets to lead product analytics across subscriptions, BizAI, and XF APAC. You will partner with VPs and senior leaders to shape strategy, unblock critical workstreams, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for investment decisions.

You'll define measurement frameworks, push AI/ML-enabled workflows, and elevate the craft of other ICs and managers, driving cross-org impact as we scale subscription

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 12+ years in data science or analytics
• Advanced degree in statistics/economics/CS or related field
• Influence across the company and sustained execution
• Ability to context-switch across diverse problem domains
• Proven track record of driving cross-org strategy
• Experience in multi-team environments with strong collaboration
• Comfort operating in high-ambiguity settings
• Ability to present complex analyses to VP+ audiences

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior analytical leadership across New Revenue Bets workstreams (Subscriptions, BizAI, XF APAC)
• Synthesize complex analysis into actionable executive insights
• Define measurement frameworks and success metrics for nascent revenue products
• Drive insights on subscriber growth, retention, and LTV modeling
• Lead data strategy for AI-powered business tools and ROI frameworks
• Support APAC market expansion with localization insights
• Unify analytical voice across teams and propagate learnings
• Elevate the craft of ICs and managers through coaching
• Redesign workflows to leverage AI/ML tools at scale
