Meta is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to serve as a product analytics leader across New Revenue Bets, collaborating directly with VPs and senior leaders to shape strategy and unblock critical workstreams. The role requires turning complex analyses into actionable insights for executives and defining measurement frameworks for nascent revenue products.

You will drive subscriber growth analytics and partner on AI-enabled business tools while supporting APAC market expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience
12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative field
Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Statistics, Economics, CS, or related quantitative discipline
Proven cross-org strategy and sustained execution on complex problems
Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear narratives for VP+ and leadership

Responsibilities

Provide senior analytical leadership across New Revenue Bets workstreams (Subscriptions, BizAI, XF APAC)
Synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights for executive audiences
Define measurement frameworks and success metrics for nascent revenue products
Drive analytical insights on subscriber growth, retention, and pricing/packaging strategy
Lead cross-functional analytics supporting APAC market expansion and localization insights
Elevate the craft of ICs and managers through coaching and exemplar work
