Job summary

Meta seeks a seasoned Director of Data Science for New Revenue Bets to lead senior analytics across Subscriptions, BizAI, and XF APAC. You’ll partner with VPs and senior leaders to synthesize insights, shape strategic bets, and define metrics where playbooks are still forming.

You’ll drive AI-enabled measurement, pricing, and product-market fit initiatives while guiding multiple workstreams at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/CS-related field or equivalent.
12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a quantitative field.
MS/PhD in Statistics, Economics, CS, or related quantitative discipline.
Proven company-wide influence and cross-org strategy execution.
Ability to context-switch across growth, monetization, AI products while delivering high-quality output.
Experience in multi-team, multi-stakeholder environments and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide senior analytical leadership across New Revenue Bets workstreams - Subscriptions, BizAI, and XF APAC.
Synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights for executives and shape investment decisions at the highest levels.
Define measurement frameworks and success metrics for nascent revenue products where playbooks don’t exist.
Lead analytics supporting APAC market expansion - localization insights and regional product-market dynamics.
Elevate the craft and impact of other ICs and managers through coaching and collaboration.
