Job summary

Meta is seeking a Director of Data Science for New Revenue Bets to lead product analytics across Subscriptions, BizAI, and XF APAC. You will partner with VPs and senior leaders to shape strategy, define metrics, and drive data-informed decisions that unlock growth across regions.

You will synthesize complex analyses into actionable insights, coach ICs and managers, and redesign workflows to scale AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in a technical field.
12+ years of data science/analytics experience.
MS/PhD in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
Proven cross-org influence and execution on complex problems.
Ability to switch between growth, monetization, and AI product domains.
Track record in guiding company-critical decisions with data.

Responsibilities

Provide senior analytical leadership across New Revenue Bets workstreams (Subscriptions, BizAI, XF APAC).
Synthesize insights for executive audiences and shape investment decisions at the highest levels.
Define measurement frameworks for nascent revenue products.
Lead analytics supporting APAC market expansion and localization insights.
Elevate the craft of ICs and managers through coaching and exemplar work.
Redesign analytical workflows to leverage AI/ML tools at scale.
