Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a skilled data professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across the organization. You will work with modern cloud data platforms and integration tools, handling the full data lifecycle from ingestion to analytics.

The role requires hands-on experience in data engineering, data integration, and data warehousing, with leadership of offshore teams and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field with 3+ years in data engineering, integration or warehousing.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools like Informatica, Boomi, Talend, Glue, SSIS.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and analytical models.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources using APIs and ETL/ELT tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into solutions.
• Guide offshore data teams across time zones.
• Lead data and analytics projects from design to delivery.
