Job summary

Natera is seeking a senior data engineering leader to own the delivery of cross-functional data products and analytics experiences in a regulated environment. The role focuses on scaling AI-ready data products and establishing golden paths for semantic data products, while driving agentic data engineering and productivity gains.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data engineering with 5+ years in director-level leadership, and hands-on skills in Python, SQL, and dbt to guide teams effectively.
