Job summary

Focus on the Family seeks a Director of Data Management to lead the enterprise data function. You will own the Snowflake platform, drive modernization of the SSRS estate, govern data assets, and coordinate data initiatives across Salesforce ecosystems while building a durable data governance framework.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, data science, analytics, or related field.
• 7–10 years in data management/engineering/BI with leadership experience.
• Hands-on ownership of a production cloud data platform (Snowflake preferred).
• Proven data governance with named owners, glossary, and data quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data architecture including models, mappings, and integration patterns.
• Lead data platform modernization and governance across Snowflake, Salesforce, and related tooling.
• Build certified datasets and self-serve analytics capabilities for analysts.
• Drive a data roadmap with governance, security, and compliance across the organization.
