Job summary

DR Decisions Resources LLC in the United States seeks a Director of Data and Intelligence to lead enterprise data, BI and reporting across Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Operations. You will build a governed, scalable data platform using Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, Power BI, Pendo and Snowplow, guiding teams and aligning data initiatives with business outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in data/analytics with at least 5 years of leadership, plus deep experience in enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in data, analytics, technology, engineering, computer science or a related field.
At least 10 years of relevant experience across data, analytics, reporting or data-platform delivery.
At least 5 years of leadership experience managing data, BI, engineering or analytics teams.
Experience owning enterprise reporting and business intelligence in a complex organization.
Strong understanding of Snowflake, Power BI and modern cloud data architectures, with working knowledge of AWS Redshift, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap and operating model for enterprise data, analytics and reporting.
Oversee executive dashboards, management reporting, operational reports and self-service analytics.
Set direction across Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Lead data pipelines, modeling, transformation and integration with governance.
