Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Data Platforms to lead the strategic management and governance of the global commercial data ecosystem. You will own Master Data Management processes and the Customer/Account data products, partnering across business and technology teams to drive trusted, enterprise-wide data assets.

You will define product strategy, roadmap, and adoption plans while championing data standards and AI-enabled capabilities to improve data quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in MDM, data governance, or related data-focused functions in pharma/biotech.
• Deep understanding of healthcare customer and account data and hierarchies.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and data quality management.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for Customer and Account Master Data capabilities.
• Lead governance, data quality monitoring, and data stewardship activities.
• Own data product lifecycle, adoption, and value measurement.
