Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of work experience in a related discipline.
• Experience in research, policy advocacy, civic engagement, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance DDRI’s mission across democratic representation systems.
• Manage lab administration, daily operations, and grant oversight.
• Build external partnerships, fundraising, and public engagement.
• Oversee narratives and data visualizations for broad audiences.
• Ensure program evaluation and milestone tracking.
