The Director will supervise staff, manage budgets and grants, and advance collaborations with government, NGOs, and civic groups, while shaping DDRI’s strategic direction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• Grant-writing experience for foundations and/or government agencies.
• Experience with quantitative or computational research in a collaborative setting.
• Existing relationships in the democracy, voting rights, or redistricting advocacy community.

Aufgaben

• Advance DDRI’s mission across democracy representation studies.
• Lead lab staff and administer budgets, grants, and compliance.
• Develop and manage partnerships, fundraising, and external communications.
• Lead grant proposal development with PI.
• Oversee development of narratives and data visualizations for broad audiences.
• Present progress to funding agencies and stakeholders.
