Job summary

JLL is seeking a Divisional Director of Data Centers, Client Sourcing, to lead strategic sourcing across JLL's Data Center portfolio. You will build and guide a world-class sourcing organization, partnering with Data Center leadership and clients to deliver sustainable value and best-in-class performance.

The role emphasizes developing teams, executing sourcing strategies, and driving growth through alliances with Sales, Solutions Development and Business Development, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; MBA preferred.
• 15–20 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven track record leading successful teams.
• Travel up to 25% for US-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead high-performing sourcing teams.
• Execute Data Center sourcing strategies aligned with leadership goals and client objectives.
• Grow the business through strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Achieve financial and compliance results, manage supplier performance.
