Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Solutions Data Centers to lead the engineering solutioning and staffing strategy for hyperscale, colocation, and AI/HPC data center portfolios. You will build the operating model, staffing plans, and commercial constructs for complex, client-facing engagements.

The role emphasizes engineering staffing, licensure matrices, wage strategy, and ramp plans, with extensive collaboration across Sales, Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to win and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; equivalent military/trade progression considered.
• 10+ years in facilities management/critical facilities operations; 5+ years in data center or mission-critical environments.
• 5+ years in FM solutions development, bid management, or senior ops with staffing/cost ownership.
• Experience building staffing models and defending them to clients.
• Strong command of data center infrastructure, electrical/mechanical systems, BMS/EPMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for data center IFM pursuits across single-site to global portfolios.
• Translate client requirements into defensible operating models and staffing plans.
• Build labor models, org charts, scope matrices, and governance for pricing and proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops, HR, Finance, Procurement, and other functions to deliver integrated solutions.
• authored narrative, staffing plan, transition plan, and risk/exclusion registers.
