Satoshi Energy Corporation is seeking a Project Development Manager or Director to own projects from concept through commercial operation. You will drive land, interconnection, entitlements, and deal execution, coordinating with counsel, commercial, engineering, and consultants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Director) developing utility-scale energy, energy storage, and/or data center projects.
• Proven quarterback: you have personally run the critical path on live projects.
• Generalist development experience spanning land, interconnection, engineering, and deal execution.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Execution: drive development from site to commercial operation, on-time and on-budget.
• Drive land control and site developability: acquisition, negotiations, title, surveys.
• Interconnection and power infrastructure: lead utility coordination and siting decisions.
• Project diligence: coordinate technical, financial, environmental, and real estate due diligence.
• Cross-functional collaboration with C-suite, VPs, engineering, sales, and operations.
