Job summary

Fuse Energy is seeking a data center development lead to take opportunities from concept through energisation, remote-first in the US. You will own technical and development workstreams across site selection, power strategy, grid connections, permitting, and delivery readiness.

You'll assess sites, drive grid strategies with utilities, and mitigate technical risks to deliver scalable projects. This role requires strong analytical thinking and experience in large-scale infra and energy

Qualifications

• Experience developing data centers or large-scale infra.
• Deep knowledge of data center power, cooling and utilities.
• Familiar with ERCOT planning and grid connections.
• Proven ability to own projects from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center developments from concept to Ready-to-Build and energisation.
• Assess sites for technical, planning, power and infrastructure aspects.
• Develop grid connection and power strategies with utilities.
• Support planning, permitting and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and mitigate technical and development risks.
• Ensure deliverable, scalable projects meet construction needs.
