Job summary

Prologis in San Francisco is seeking a Director of Organizational Enablement to lead programs, communications, tools, and experiences that help our Data Center Business Operations scale effectively.

This role drives organizational change, employee engagement, and onboarding, partnering with leaders across functions to implement repeatable processes, measure adoption, and build trusted capabilities in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, organizational effectiveness, change management, or related fields.
• Led enterprise organizational enablement programs and change initiatives.
• Strong change management with stakeholder analysis, training, and adoption measurement.
• Experience creating executive communications and employee-facing content.
• Ability to design and run employee engagement, onboarding, or health programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication, and program management skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment; build trusted relationships.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
