Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Director of Data Center Business Operations to lead organizational enablement and change management for a fast-growing data center division. You will design programs, communications, tools, and experiences to help the organization operate effectively and scale.

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders, drive employee engagement, and build scalable onboarding and knowledge programs while delivering measurable outcomes in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, organizational effectiveness, change management, internal communications, or related field.
• Proven experience developing and leading enterprise or divisional organizational enablement programs.
• Strong change management capabilities: stakeholder analysis, training, readiness, adoption metrics, resistance management.
• Experience creating executive communications, newsletters, updates, presentations, and employee-facing content.
• Ability to design and administer employee engagement, recognition, onboarding, or organizational health programs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret feedback and identify trends for action.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication translating complex info clearly.
• Strong program and project management, handling multiple initiatives and timelines.
• Build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Navigate ambiguity and operate in a rapidly growing organization.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for new structures, processes, tools, and programs.
• Create comprehensive change plans covering stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, adoption.
• Partner with initiative owners and senior leaders to assess impacts and mitigate resistance.
• Establish repeatable change management standards, tools, and templates for consistency across the Data Center organization.
• Measure readiness, adoption, and effectiveness using performance data.
• Serve as a trusted change advisor for transparent, employee-centered transformation.
