Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Director-level Design Manager to lead the Design Management team across its global data center portfolio. You will supervise, mentor, and develop Design Managers, ensuring clear direction, resources, processes, and cross-functional support for successful project delivery.

As the subject matter expert, you will govern design activities across Greenfield developments, build-to-suit facilities, leased data centers, tenant fit-outs, and infrastructure upgrades, while

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of design teams for large-scale data center projects.
• Strong background in MEP, architectural, civil or related engineering disciplines.
• Excellent communication and executive-level report delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of Design Managers.
• Oversee design delivery across a portfolio of data center projects.
• Establish design management processes, controls, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Technology, Construction, and Operations teams.
• Monitor consultant performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple project stakeholders.
