Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing high-performance teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Data Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead a high-impact analytics function focused on turning complex operational and clinical data into actionable insights that improve decision-making and business performance. The Director will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to identify priorities, shape reporting strategies, and support data-driven change across the organization. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity to manage a team, strengthen analytics capabilities, and deliver scalable solutions in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $185,000 annually
