Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our ISV Team. You will own the technical relationship with customers, lead architectural discussions, and guide best practices to optimize their platforms on AWS.

You will also drive adoption of AWS services and contribute to technical publications. The role emphasizes collaboration with customers ranging from startups to Global 500 partners, with focus on data, analytics, and generative AI transformations within AWS cloud

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers providing technical advocacy as they build and enhance their products on AWS.
• Participate in deep architectural and design discussions with customers to create world-class solutions built on AWS.
• Work with customers to understand their business needs and provide prescriptive guidance on how to leverage AWS technologies.
• Formulate and execute a strategy to drive adoption of AWS services within customer’s platform.
• Author and contribute to technical publications such as whitepapers and proofs of concept that highlight AWS.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals at our customer to enable them to be cloud advocates.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community.
• Drive successful outcomes for both AWS and customers through technical enablement.
