Smithfield Foods, Inc. seeks a Director of Cybersecurity to lead the global cybersecurity operations program and build a scalable SOC that includes incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, forensics, and analytics.

You will partner with the CISO and senior leaders to align security with business goals, balance risk with operational impact, and safeguard system integrity, availability, and confidentiality across a rapidly growing global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university; 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading large-scale cybersecurity programs and SOC operations.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Lead Global Cybersecurity Operations: develop a comprehensive global cybersecurity operations program aligned with industry standards.
• Oversee incident response planning, execution, and crisis management.
• Design and implement a hybrid Security Operations Center (SOC) with IR, TI, VM, analytics, and forensics capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align cybersecurity strategy with business objectives.
• Standardize security procedures and awareness programs; address human-related risk behaviors.
• Oversee governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with SOX, GLBA, HIPAA.
