Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and coaching to senior managers and associates, setting direction and building a high-performing cybersecurity organization.
• Advise on best practices in risk reduction through configuration of cybersecurity tools and platforms.
• Develop and apply capability, risk, and threat classification frameworks to evaluate maturity and effectiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement programs, including risk identification, corrective actions, and results validation.
• Align risk, controls, and tooling with enterprise strategy to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
