Qualifications

• Combination of education, industry credentials and occupational experience to demonstrate content expertise.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience teaching adult learners and/or in a community college setting.
• Commitment to community college philosophy and student success.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective didactic and skills instruction to adult learners; maintain a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development, instructional design and assessment.
• Maintain participation and performance records and report incidents as needed.
