Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Director, Customer Solutions Engineering PMO to lead the PMO strategy and governance for a multi‑million dollar professional services portfolio. You will align with CSE and Rocket leadership to optimize delivery, drive outcomes, and support growth during major M&A integrations.

You will guide portfolio management, ensure cross-functional collaboration, and own improvements to PSA workflow and project delivery processes while maintaining high standards for customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading a complex multi-million portfolio delivering technical solutions
• 10+ years of previous management experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management
• Technical background enabling credible leadership of PM teams
• Ability to lead across functions and drive program outcomes
• Business and financial acumen with portfolio discipline
• Experience with enterprise PSA and workflow design
• Proven success in large customer engagements and PSA ecosystems
• Experience with M&A integration accountability
• Certification: PMP PfMP PgMP

Responsibilities

• Direct PM leadership within the CSE organization and manage resource planning and budgeting
• Oversee post-sales portfolio financials including forecasting and reporting
• Influence cross-functional leadership for smooth pre-sales to delivery transitions
• Develop and present portfolio communications to stakeholders
• Lead design and improvements of PMO processes and methodologies
• Ensure PMO staff can manage engagements from initiation to go-live
• Resolve issues through data-driven decision making
• Establish long-term PMO direction including staffing, workflows, and systems
• Oversee integration governance during corporate development M&A activities
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set strategic plans and metrics
