Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Director of Customer Program Management to lead strategic customer programs across the FDX portfolio. You will be the primary customer-facing program leader, coordinating technical deliverables, qualification milestones, manufacturing readiness, and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• 15+ years semiconductor industry experience.
• 10+ years in program management, customer engineering, operations, product engineering, NPI, or related leadership roles.
• Proven success managing complex semiconductor programs from development through production.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor product development, qualification, manufacturing operations, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead as primary program management interface for strategic FDX customers.
• Own end-to-end execution from design enablement through qualification and ramp.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to meet commitments.
• Prepare executive status updates and manage escalations.
