Qualifications

• 15+ years of semiconductor, embedded processor, systems, or customer solutions experience.
• Strong background in MCU/MPU products, embedded software, and system architecture.
• Experience working directly with customer engineering organizations.
• Track record of closing or supporting design wins and customer engagements.
• Ability to lead across product management, software, hardware, and design engineering.
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale technical teams.
• Excellent executive communication; simplify complex tradeoffs for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Systems & Solutions Engineering team for 32‑bit MCU and 64‑bit MPU portfolios.
• Serve as first-line technical interface to strategic customer engineering teams.
• Translate customer requirements into processor, IP, safety/security, software, and roadmap needs.
• Develop market-specific solution narratives for SDV, chassis and body control, robotics, motor drive, industrial automation, networking/infrastructure, e-mobility, and Edge AI.
• Prioritize roadmap investments with product management and silicon/software teams.
• Support design-win pursuits with differentiation, architecture positioning, competitive analysis, and executive engagement.
• Create reusable system collateral: reference architectures, competitive tear-downs, customer requirement matrices, software/hardware partitioning guides, and market playbooks.
• Build relationships with customer decision makers across engineering, architecture, platform, and advanced technology organizations.
• Establish operating rhythms between sales, product, architecture, design, software, and customer teams to ensure learnings become roadmap actions.
