Qualifications

• Proven ability to elevate the quality and reliability of demand signals through disciplined intake and enrichment.
• Experience leading customer-facing teams in a high-volume distribution or pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day customer-facing demand execution for the assigned segment, ensuring responsiveness and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee onboarding, inventory allocation, and program execution for new accounts; manage escalations and contract adherence.
• Capture and enrich demand signals from customers and promotions before passing to the consensus planning team.
• Direct service level reporting, root-cause analysis, and remediation to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
• Develop and coach the team; drive continuous improvement and consistency across directors of Customer Facing Demand.
