Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, including engagement-leadership experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in distribution supply chain; healthcare/pharma distribution preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex value-chain dynamics into actionable decisions.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end.
• Executive presence and experience influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition to execution hand-off.
• Structure ambiguous problems into hypotheses, workplans, and decision paths.
• Develop recommendations with explicit trade-offs grounded in financial context.
• Prepare and run problem-solving sessions with business partners.
• Translate approved recommendations into implementation roadmaps with clear owners.
