Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience leading customer-facing demand teams in high-volume environments.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day customer-facing demand function for the assigned segment.
• Oversee onboarding of new accounts, allocation planning and system setup.
• Manage service level reporting, analytics, and escalation resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional partners and teams.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director and other Directors to optimize processes.
