Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Director of Consensus Demand Planning to own the consensus forecast across the Demand Planning team. This hybrid role reports to the VP and leads channel-aligned demand planners and a technical forecasting resource, delivering a defensible forecast for the supply chain.

You will drive governance, market intelligence enrichment, and statistical oversight, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure long-range assumptions are captured and explained.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in supply chain, demand planning, or customer operations roles.
• 4+ years in a leadership capacity managing teams and driving cross functional outcomes.
• Functional proficiency in Kinaxis Maestro or comparable advanced planning system.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consensus demand planning function and governance.
• Incorporate external market signals into the statistical baseline forecast.
• Oversee model configuration, data inputs, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team with clear accountability.
