Qualifications

• Master’s or doctorate in an accredited human services field (MO approved).
• Qualified Mental Health Provider (e.g., RN, social worker, or licensed counselor).
• Clinical licensure in Missouri if clinical practice is required.
• 5+ years of healthcare management experience.
• Strong analytical and technical skills for executive reports and proposals.
• Ability to think and act strategically; independent judgment.
• Strong statistical and financial background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional presence.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight to multiple programs and service lines.
• Collaborate with BH senior leadership on long- and short-term goals and budgets.
• Coordinate with external local and state agencies and other providers.
• Support business initiatives across Behavioral Health programs.
