Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, unionized environment.
• Knowledge of airline operations and Crew Scheduling processes.
• Ability to read and interpret labor agreements and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Crew Scheduling team to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient crew coverage.
• Coach and develop Supervisors and Schedulers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Direct decision-making support during irregular operations and disruptions to minimize impact on schedules.
• Monitor staffing, scheduler availability, and performance to identify risks and implement solutions.
• Own end-to-end processes for Crew Scheduling operations, driving continuous improvement and KPI achievement.
