Job summary

Sun Country Airlines seeks a Crew Scheduling Supervisor to oversee daily crew scheduling operations, supervise schedulers and travel coordinators, and ensure the safety and legality of flight crew schedules under CFR Part 117 and CFR Part 121.

The role collaborates with SOC and operations to resolve rest issues, legality concerns, and scheduling conflicts, while coordinating travel and payroll and supporting training and meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous Crew Scheduling experience.
• Experience with AIMS airline software.
• Working knowledge of crew scheduling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of FAR (Federal Aviation Regulations).
• Ability to identify and resolve crew legality/scheduling conflicts.
• Ability to multi-task under irregular operating conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily crew scheduling operations and personnel performance.
• Review open time, segment, and legality reports with schedulers.
• Coordinate adjustments to crew activity in accordance with CFRs and policies.
• Brief SOC on reserve status and open flights or trips.
• Oversee travel coordination and payroll preparation.
• Participate in crew scheduling personnel training.
• Participate in daily operations meetings.
• Answer calls from crew members and provide scheduling information.
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive material.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
