You will lead the Credential Management team to unify credentials across a complex payments ecosystem, delivering secure vaulting, tokenization, and seamless credentials across gateways and partners. You will build enterprise-scale strategies, mentor Product Managers, partner with Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Operations, and translate market trends into differentiated offerings

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years in payments, tokenization, credential management, or related fintech.
• Experience leading Product Managers and owning enterprise-scale strategy.
• You translate market trends into differentiated product strategies.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for Credential Management, including Vaulting-as-a-Service and credential services.
• Oversee secure, scalable credential products across gateways, processors, acquirers, and partners.
• Deliver thought leadership through webinars, events, and content.
• Champion tokenization, credential vaulting, and credential APIs to enable future digital commerce.
• Align with Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Operations to advance strategy and commercialization.
• Develop and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Create clear business cases and forecasts.
• Lead ad hoc strategic projects for senior management.
