Global Payments seeks a Director of Credential Management Product to lead a global, enterprise-scale initiative in Vaulting-as-a-Service and unified credential services. Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 4+ years of payments, tokenization, credential management, credential vaulting, authentication, or related fintech capabilities
• Experience leading Product Managers and owning strategy for enterprise-scale products

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for Credential Management and related platform capabilities
• Oversee secure, scalable credential products across gateways, processors, acquirers, and partners
• Develop thought leadership through webinars, events, and content
• Lead innovation in tokenization, vaulting, APIs, and agentic payment features
• Align with Commercialization, Marketing, Product, Sales, Technology, and Operations to advance strategy
• Develop deep understanding of client needs and how credential products meet goals
• Stay ahead of market trends and maintain cutting-edge offerings
• Build and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners
• Create compelling business cases and forecasts
• Handle ad hoc strategic projects for senior management
