Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Director for Credential Management Product to shape the future of global commerce. Lead strategy for Vaulting-as-a-Service and unified credential services across an ecosystem of gateways, processors, and payment partners.

You will build and mentor a team of Product Managers/Owners, align with Commercialization, Marketing, and Sales, and deliver compelling business cases and forecasts for the credential management platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years of payments, tokenization, credential management, or related fintech platform capabilities.
• Experience leading Product Managers and owning strategy for enterprise-scale products.
• Commercially savvy: translate market trends and client needs into differentiated product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for Credential Management, including Vaulting-as-a-Service, unified credential services, credential portability, and related platform capabilities.
• Oversee secure, scalable, and acquirer-agnostic credential products across gateways, processors, acquirers, and payment partners.
• Deliver credential leadership through webinars, podcasts, industry events, and content.
• Champion innovation in tokenization, credential vaulting, credential APIs, and emerging agentic payment capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and how credential management products enable goals.
