Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Director, Credential Management Product, to join our ever-evolving Credential Management team and help shape the future of global commerce.
This team is focused on bringing together and unifying credentials across a large and complex payments ecosystem, enabling merchants and clients to adopt the highest standards of security, access, and control for payment credentials. Through our Vaulting-as-a-Service (VaaS) strategy, we are building agnostic capabilities that allow clients to access an incredibly powerful, flexible, and scalable credential vault regardless of where payments are processed. In this role, you will also develop deep and trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Global Payments and with our clients to advance solutions that simplify credential adoption, strengthen security, and unlock future commerce experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payments industry, demonstrated leadership skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills, the desire to become a product SME, excellent communication and storytelling skills able to connect and communicate effectively with all levels within the company and to clients. Experience as a Product Manager or Product Director, preferably within the FinTech space, who can break down complex issues and devise strategies to effectively move forward, will do very well in this role.

For this full‑time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $177,100.00-$267,400.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training.
