Job summary

Cumming Group seeks a Director of Cost Management to lead life-cycle cost management with emphasis on preconstruction, in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will support business development, build trust with stakeholders, and work on diverse projects in education, office, civil, and healthcare sectors.

You will oversee cost planning, BIM 5D cost modeling, LEED cost analysis and life cycle costing while mentoring a team and driving revenue growth across markets.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management or related field.
• 9–12 years in Cost & Commercial Management; 5+ years leading client expectations and managing a business unit.
• MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult executive level existing clientele with a client-first approach.
• Increase services to existing clientele and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Recruit and develop diverse and talented team members.
• Lead with service line leaders to provide integrated project approaches.
• Prepare fee proposals and negotiate professional services agreements.
• Provide QA to cost estimates before submittal to clients.
• Mentor and develop team members and drive revenue growth.
