Job summary

VOA-Texas in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dynamic manager to lead and develop teams across programs, ensuring life/safety and regulatory compliance. You will oversee referrals, client fee collections, and budgets, and supervise program curricula with quality visits.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field, plus 2+ years of management experience in a corrections or re-entry setting and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
• Prefer 2+ years of management experience in a corrections or re-entry facility.
• Valid Texas driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain adherence to Life/Safety Codes and fire, safety, and health standards, keeping records.
• Oversee referrals, client fee collections, and budget expenditures.
• Guide and monitor the creation of program curricula, conducting visits for quality assurance.
• Maintain grievance logs, ensure grievances are resolved promptly, and meet funding requirements.
• Ensure supervisory assistance is available at all times, including unannounced facility visits monthly.
• Submit monthly reports on facility activities and monitor correctional programs with proper documentation.
