Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage correctional programs to support offender rehabilitation.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and develop programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed.
  • Collaborate with staff, community organizations, and stakeholders to ensure success.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and expenditures.
  • Provide training and support to staff delivering programs.
  • Maintain records and documentation; ensure compliance with laws and standards.
  • Prepare reports on activities, performance, and achievements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
