AIR Communities in Denver, CO, is hiring a Director of Corporate FP&A focused on corporate G&A and compensation to lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. You will partner with key stakeholders and drive process improvements across the organization.

The role requires deep financial modeling expertise, executive communication, and collaboration with internal leaders and Blackstone. In-office work five days a week with a competitive compensation package is provided.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in compensation planning.
• Modeling complex compensation structures preferred.
• Private equity experience preferred.
• Proven success building and leading FP&A teams.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive data with discretion.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Advanced analytical and technical skills with solid finance and accounting fundamentals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently and drive results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA/CPA/CMA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise-level FP&A for Corporate G&A and compensation, delivering decision-ready insights.
• Own G&A budgeting, planning, reforecasting, and variance analysis with stakeholders.
• Partner with HR, Finance Systems, IT, and others to enhance FP&A tools and automation.
• Provide property and fund level reporting for budget, reforecast and actuals.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives, influencing enterprise strategy and performance.
• Lead process design and continuous improvement for scalability and efficiency.
