What’s the position?
Our Director - Corporate Development will play a pivotal role in in the Corporate Development team. They will have the ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in the Corporate Development process from strategic planning to execution.

  • Negotiate terms and structure deals to maximize value and alignment with corporate strategy.

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance the company's market position and capabilities.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and alliances to support business objectives.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and industry dynamics.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.

  • Work with corporate teams to conduct financial analysis, including valuation modelling, to evaluate potential opportunities and investments.

  • Develop business cases and presentations to support investment decisions.

  • Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential corporate development activities and partnerships to assess strategic fit and risk factors.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments, including finance, legal, operations, and executive leadership.

  • Build relationships with external stakeholders


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • Extensive experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.

  • Travel may be required depending on the scope of corporate development activities.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
