Collectors seeks a Director of Corporate Communications to lead day-to-day corporate communications for Collectors Holdings and its brands, including PSA, Beckett, SGC, and PCGS. The role focuses on issue response, executive platforms, and financial and policy communications to guide day-to-day engagement.

This builder role requires designing processes, playbooks, and teams to deliver best-in-class strategy and execution while reporting to the Head of Communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, issues management, or public affairs, with in-house experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage issues and crises in real time, including social media scenarios.
• Experience preparing senior executives for media and high-stakes moments, with credibility to push back when needed.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first responder on issues, collaborating with Legal, Product, Operations, and Customer Care.
• Develop and maintain issues playbooks, holding statements, escalation paths, and social listening triggers.
• Prepare executives for media interviews, conferences, and high-stakes announcements.
• Lead executive platform plans for speaking opportunities, bylines, and earned profiles.
• Oversee corporate media relations and ensure alignment with enterprise narratives across brands.
• Manage internal communications with People and Internal Communications teams to share major news first.
