Collectors Holdings, Inc. seeks a Director of Corporate Communications to lead and scale the day-to-day corporate communications engine for Collectors and its brands, including PSA, Beckett, SGC, and PCGS. The role is remote with option for in-person as needed, reporting to the Head of Communications.

The position requires 10+ years in corporate communications, strong writing, crisis management, and experience coordinating with Legal and Finance on financial communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate communications, issues management, or public affairs, with in-house experience.
• Proven track record managing real-time issues and crises, including social media-driven scenarios.
• Experience preparing senior executives for media and high-stakes moments.
• Experience with Finance and Legal on financial communications; public-company exposure preferred.
• Strong writer and editor with ability to simplify complex facts.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first responder for issues, coordinating with Legal, Product, Operations, and Customer Care.
• Build issues playbooks, holding statements, escalation paths, and social listening triggers.
• Prepare executives for media interviews and high-stakes announcements.
• Develop executive platform plans and speaking opportunities.
• Manage investor-facing materials and major moments disclosures.
• Lead corporate media relations and cadence of milestones.
• Coordinate with portfolio brand teams to align corporate and brand narratives.
• Write and edit corporate press releases, statements, Q&As, and briefings.
• Oversee PR agency relationships and media monitoring.
