Job summary

The Director, Corporate Affairs at Harley-Davidson Motor Company leads the corporate affairs strategy to strengthen reputation, elevate executive visibility, and shape enterprise narratives across communications, media relations, and digital platforms.

Reporting to the Head of Government & Corporate Affairs, you will guide strategic messaging, manage issues and crises, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business priorities and investor communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or related field.
• Experience advising senior executives and developing executive communications.
• Strong background in media relations and crisis communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of corporate affairs strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Drive executive visibility and thought leadership initiatives.
• Develop enterprise narratives for external stakeholders.
• Oversee digital communications and GEO across platforms.
• Advise Head of Government & Corporate Affairs on reputation and issues.
