Job summary

On Location is seeking a Director, Core Business Finance to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cost management, and finance transformation for Core G&A. The role converts business plans and workforce movements into budgets and reliable insights for approximately $115M in Core G&A costs, excluding event P&L, revenue, and COGS.

The role partners with Core leaders, HR, and the wider FP&A team to own the annual budget, long-range planning, and monthly reforecast, while

Qualifications

• Finance or FP&A leadership experience in a complex, multi-business environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior business partner to Core leaders; challenge assumptions and manage forecast quality.
• Lead Core G&A planning and forecasting; own annual budget and long-range planning.
• Own workforce and labor planning; manage FTEs, contractors, hires, and compensation changes.
• Coordinate with FP&A, HR, and business leaders for consolidated enterprise view.
• Drive performance reporting and insights; track spend, drivers, and actions.
• Identify and deliver savings; translate targets into actionable initiatives.
• Lead the Core G&A finance operating model and governance.
• Drive finance transformation through planning, reporting, and systems improvements.
• Own cross-functional projects and ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Build and lead a capable Core G&A finance team.
