Novaspect, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to join the Systems Solutions Business Unit and oversee Projects, Field Services, and Upgrades for our control systems services portfolio.

The role requires balancing customer commitments, employee development, and long-term business goals, while driving safe, high-quality outcomes across multiple teams. The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Systems Solutions and offers hybrid work after an initial orientation period, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field required; advanced leadership training a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, systems integration, field services, or related technical services.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or service delivery organizations.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and drive business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project, Field Services, and Upgrade teams with clear direction and accountability for safe, high-quality execution.
• Drive service delivery transformation through automation, efficiency tools, and strategic outsourcing.
• Own business performance metrics including utilization, operating income, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure alignment of projects and services with scope, budgets, schedules, and customer expectations; manage deviations and risks.
• Serve on the Systems Solutions Leadership Team (SLT) for planning and cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with sales to grow through technical sales support and proposal strategy.
• Develop pricing strategies, labor rates, and service offerings to maintain competitiveness.
