Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading contracts teams and handling complex agreements.
• Strong knowledge of government contracting rules and compliance (DFARS/FAD).
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop staff in a matrix environment.
• Ability to assess risk, drive strategy, and align contracts with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Directs the activities of contract professionals on strategic agreements.
• Leads, mentors, trains and develops a diverse contracts team.
• Guides contract strategy, formation, negotiation and administration.
• Identifies, develops, and implements contract policies and processes.
• Drives strategic contract opportunities with significant business impact.
• Understands financial implications, risks and profit/loss considerations.
• Supports change management and process improvements.
• Leads complex negotiations with customers and partners.
• Represents the company to customers, suppliers and government agencies.
• Reviews and approves contractual documents to protect company posture.
